Delivery times vary depending on your location. In the Île-de-France region, standard deliveries take 1 to 3 business days.

For express deliveries, orders placed before 12 p.m. will be delivered the next day before 1 p.m. A courier service is also available for same-day delivery, at your expense.

For Switzerland and Europe, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and can arrive in 2 to 5 days.

Internationally, shipping is also within 1-2 business days, with a delivery time of 3-10 days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your package, either on our website or on the carrier's website.

If your order has not arrived within the specified time frame, check the status of your order using the tracking number. If the status shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
